Cleaning and Maintenance

We provide full-service weekly pool and spa care for single family residences, large estates, and select commercial properties such as HOAs. Service is tailored to each property and may include one or multiple visits per week depending on size, usage, and conditions.

Weekly service includes skimming, brushing walls and tile lines, vacuuming as needed, balancing water chemistry, and performing a visual inspection of equipment and overall system operation. Our pricing reflects premium, consistent care. Chemical costs are billed separately so clients are charged only for what is actually used. We focus on building long-term service relationships and do not offer one-time or as-needed visits.

Equipment Repairs

We service and repair pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, valves, above-ground plumbing, salt systems, chemical systems and automatic pool cleaners. All repairs begin with a proper diagnosis followed by a clear explanation and quote before any work is performed.

Our approach is to repair equipment when it makes sense and recommend replacement only when costs begin to outweigh long-term value or when there is a clear benefit to upgrading. When needed, we work with trusted specialists to ensure repairs are completed correctly. Equipment repair is generally reserved for clients on regular service, as ongoing care allows us to properly maintain and stand behind the systems we work on.

Equipment Installation

We install pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, chemical feeding systems, and lights primarily using equipment from Jandy and Pentair. We provide guidance when needed to help select equipment that is properly sized and well-suited to the property. Installations are completed with an emphasis on clean workmanship, correct layout, and long-term reliability. When additional trades are required, we can coordinate with existing contractors or rely on trusted partners.
